Reason is sold to government buyers as a briefing-led engagement — pricing is scoped to your agency’s solicitation volume, seat count, and acquisition path. Pick the tier that fits your team and we’ll respond within two business days.
Each card shows the default envelope for that tier. Final scope, seats, and certifications land on a Statement of Work after the briefing — we do not publish fixed prices because every procurement is different.

Anything missing? Ask in your briefing request and we’ll bring it to the call.
Yes. We support procurement off GSA Schedule (MAS) — we’ll share our current SIN coverage, contract number, and pricing modifiers in the briefing package. If you’re sourcing under a specific MAS SIN, let us know in the briefing form and we’ll respond with the right line item.
Yes. We accept new BPA awards and IDIQ task orders from contracting officers at federal, state, and integrator scale. Task-order scope is metered against the tier matrix on this page (solicitation volume, seats, PWIN depth, SLA) and any mission-specific requirements you raise in the briefing.
We support sole-source justifications under the simplified acquisition threshold and limited-source justifications at higher thresholds with narrative. Tell us the FAR citation (e.g. 13.106-1(b), 6.302-1) in your briefing request and we’ll prepare the supporting documentation ahead of the call.
Reason can be supplied through an 8(a) STARS III, VETS-2, or OASIS+ Small Business set-aside contract vehicle when your team has a relevant industry partner. We work with several SBA-certified 8(a), WOSB, and HUBZone partners and can introduce them in the briefing. Note the set-aside and partner identity in your briefing form.
White-label deployment — your agency’s branding, single-tenant Postgres, custom SAML SSO — is available on the Enterprise / Integrator tier under a scoped engagement. Final scoping happens in the briefing; we do not offer white-label on the Federal or State & Local tiers.
No. Federal pricing is scope-based because every procurement has different seat counts, integration needs, certification requirements, and statement-of-work add-ons. The tier matrix is the envelope — final pricing lands on a SOW after the briefing. Contractor plans are different and publicly listed.
